Terms and Conditions
 
All sales made by Red Eye Frogx ("Seller") to you ("Customer") are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale unless otherwise indicated by Red Eye Frogx in writing.
 
Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly before placing an order. Do not place an order unless you understand these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. Red Eye Frogx reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions of sales at any time at its sole discretion.
 
Sale is Contingent on Customer’s Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Seller shall not accept Customer’s purchase orders unless and until Customer consents to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (as set forth on this website) supersede the terms and conditions of Customer's purchase order(s) and will govern all transactions between Customer and Seller. These Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply to all future transactions unless modified in writing signed by Seller and Customer.
 
Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. Orders are normally shipped by UPS. Seller will ship using a carrier designated by Customer upon request. Seller will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier. Shipping charges may be billed separately on credit card orders.
 
Returns for Purchases from On-Line Store by Consumers.

Consumers buying items from our on-line store, may return items that have not been worn, or washed or altered within 10 days of delivery for a refund. All tags must be intact. Consumer is responsible for all shipping charges (re-shipping charges for exchanged items). By consumers we mean individual people buying shirts at retail prices (this differs from wholesalers). Our return policy for wholesalers is different and is stated below.
 
If you have purchased one of our items at a store, you will need to go to the store to return the item.
 
Returns for Purchases from by Wholesalers.
We define a “Wholesaler”as a person or business which purchases items at wholesale prices. Items sold to Wholesalers are not returnable, or refundable. Wholesale purchase orders, once submitted to Red Eye Frogx may not be cancelled.
